* Added randomized pitch to sound block events (breaking / placing)

This is an awesome update! I can now go punch those pesky interceptors while going for a swim in the ocean, and I'll also be able to punch wood more efficiently too!

This gives me an idea for the next april fools event: Since we've been constantly punching those poor interceptors, maybe make it so that the interceptors are out to get revenge on us, and they'll be chasing after us with a bit faster speed than normal, equipped with a boxing glove mechanism instead of their usual sawblade, and they'll be punching us with high knockback!
